Reporting to the Manager of the CH149 Warehouse operations, this role emphasizes support for the Canadian Repair and Overhaul Support Scheme. As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will manage the reception, inspection, and warehousing of parts for the Cormorant SAR helicopter fleet. Collaborate closely with technical specialists to address discrepancies and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and resolve CROSS contract-related issues
• Sort and manage incoming parts and supplies
• Perform non-technical inspections and record discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory databases
• Participate in program meetings and training
Requirements:
• High school diploma and three years of experience
• Familiarity with MS Office and warehouse management systems
• Strong problem-solving skills in customer interactions
• Ability to operate forklifts and similar machinery
• Adherence to health and safety legislation
