In this key position, you'll utilize your expertise in selecting and preparing customer orders for timely delivery while demonstrating exceptional accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will encompass operating material handling equipment safely and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth workflow. With a focus on inventory accuracy, you'll be vital in maintaining tight stock controls through identification and reporting of discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Select products accurately using pick sheets and technology
• Stage items for loading in an organized manner
• Operate electric pallet jacks and order pickers
• Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of order selection experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Forklift certification preferred
• Proficiency in order picking systems
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently
