Experienced Forklift Operators

Position: Experienced Forklift Operators Wanted
Adecco is seeking experienced Reach Forklift Operators for a full-time role in Halifax. Ideal candidates will be motivated, safety-conscious, and skilled in using Crown and Raymond Reach forklifts.

In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations by transporting and organizing materials. With a commitment to accuracy and safety, you will manage inventory and support various shipping tasks. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment to meet productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to retrieve and store pallets safely

• Assist in accurate inventory counts and stock replenishments

• Use RF scanners to facilitate inventory processing

• Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report issues

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse

Requirements:

• Valid Crown Reach Forklift Certification

• 1–2 years of reach truck or warehouse experience

• Strong detail orientation and time management skills

• Reliable and self-motivated work ethic

• Must safely lift weights up to 50 lbs
