Part-Time Order Selector, 6-Month Contract

We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time Order Selector to join our Distribution Centre team located in Halifax, NS. The ideal candidate is energetic, has a positive & collaborative "can-do" attitude, great attention to detail, and a drive to reach targets.

• Accurately & efficiently pick, assemble, and load orders for shipment while maintaining time and accuracy targets
• Ensure all Health & Safety protocols are adhered to
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a safe environment
• Work effectively as a team, use and learn from colleagues, and support co-workers
• Demonstrate company culture and values
• Perform other duties as required

• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
• Warehouse experience is an asset, but full training is provided
• Experience using a Pallet Jack and Forklift is an asset, but full training is provided
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Strong multi-tasker with solid attention to detail
• Positive and self-motivated
• Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to read and follow written instructions
• Proven track record of reliability and safety
• Thrive in a team setting and able to work independently
• Steel-toed shoes required

Location: 3695 Barrington Street, Halifax, NS B3K 2Y3

Job Type: Part-Time position with fluctuating hours. Contract ends around January 8th, 2027.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required as needed to meet business needs.
