Drive excellence in warehouse operations as a Team Lead. Located in Mississauga, this position requires expertise in inventory and team management.
As the Warehouse Team Lead, you will steer operations from Sunday to Thursday. You will oversee inventory control, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coach your team towards achieving KPIs. Strong communication and leadership skills are vital for continuous improvement in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and control warehouse inventory efficiently
• Supervise receiving and inventory processes
• Maintain a clean and compliant workspace
• Lead training and coaching for team development
• Produce regular reports on operational metrics
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years in warehouse operations
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft and Google Suite
• Proven inventory management experience
• Willingness to work in a refrigerated setting
