- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Minimum 6 months experience in a Distribution or Fulfillment warehouse environment
- Attendance:
Proven record of exceptional attendance and reliability - Initiative:

Using a systematic and effective approach in analyzing information in order to come up with good business solutions to problems - Knowing the Business:
Maintains a high level of knowledge of Distribution Center operations, products, etc - Makes an effort to understand our customer, in particular Jobsite and Branch operations that we ship to daily
- Understands company’s values and culture. Understands the impact of inventory accuracy on costs and profits
- Foundational
Skills:
Ability to understand written material and ability to write using correct spelling and punctuation; ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using fractions or decimals - Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment
- Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work
- Ability to interact with co-workers and participate in meetings
- Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance)
