We are offering a basic salary of between £29,200 and £47,780, depending on skills and experience, based on a 42-hour working week, plus an additional over‑performance bonus opportunity.

This role includes a £2,000 sign‑on bonus, with £1,000 paid in month 1 and a further £1,000 paid in month 13.

As a Vehicle Technician, you play an essential part in ensuring every customer receives a trustworthy, positive, and high‑quality experience. We value accurate diagnosis, first‑time fixes, and workmanship you can be proud of.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• A relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair)
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician (Senior / Diagnostic level preferred)
• MOT licence (preferred but not essential)
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
