What you'll be doing

Manage production schedules through effective MRP planning to ensure uninterrupted supply
Source materials and negotiate cost-effective contracts while maintaining quality standards
Identify and develop reliable suppliers, managing their performance and driving improvements
Prepare and authorize contracts and invoices, overseeing purchase orders
Monitor market trends and support cost-reduction initiatives
Focus on stock control and developing efficient supply agreements

What you'll need

Experience in Buying / Procurement, specifically materials purchasing
Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems
Strong commercial awareness
Full UK driving license for occasional inter-site travel

Working arrangements

Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
