Role, Inc. in Halifax is seeking a Call Centre Advisor to join a 24/7/365 Contact Centre. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and support operations with email and administrative tasks. Training runs 6–8 weeks, 09:00–17:00 for first six weeks.
The role requires you to be office-based in Halifax, living within commutable distance. Salary is £26,228 pro-rated based on hours, with a quarterly bonus and additional benefits.
