Activate Group is seeking a Call Centre Advisor to join our 24/7 contact centre team in Halifax. The role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls with exceptional customer service and supporting with administrative tasks and emails.
You will undertake a 6–8 week training programme, including 09:00–17:00 hours for the first six weeks, then standard shifts. Salary is £26,228 pro‑rated based on hours, with a quarterly bonus scheme and benefits.
