Location: West Yorkshire
Contract: Temporary (with potential to go permanent)
Hours:Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: £18-£21 per hour PAYE (paid via umbrella company)

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership within a large automotive dealer group.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate cover within a fast-paced aftersales department. The initial booking is expected to be at least one month
, with the possibility of a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

• Managing customer bookings and service enquiries
• Providing regular customer updates throughout the repair process
• Liaising closely with the workshop and technicians
• Identifying and upselling additional work where appropriate
• Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times
• Maintaining accurate job cards and service records

• Previous Service Advisor experience within a franchised dealership
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage a busy service desk
• Keyloop or RTC experience advantageous
• Available to start at short notice

• Immediate start available
• Initial contract of at least 1 month
• Potential temp-to-perm opportunity
