Associate Dentist – Stable NHS List, Private Receptiveness, Supportive Team & Career Growth

Location: Near Halifax, West Yorkshire

We’re offering an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our well-established, family-run practice. With a strong and steady patient list from day one, modern facilities, and full clinical support, this role is perfect for a clinician with solid general dentistry skills looking to work in a practice that values quality care and professional development. Visa sponsorship is available for full-time applicants.

The Role:

• Full or Part Time position (2 days per week – Monday to Friday)
• Up to 6,000 UDA’s available for allocation
• £13 – £14 per UDA (depending on experience)
• £15 per UDA & bonus for Foundation Dentist Trainers
• Consistent NHS patient flow in a supportive environment – stable diary
• Start date:
  
  Late September – Early October 2025

• Mid-sized Independent practice with modern, fully equipped surgeries
• Therapist available full-time to provide additional clinical support
• Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo systems, and a fully digital workflow
• Family-run practice with a strong focus on patient care and long-term relationships
• Principal led and owned
• Led by a highly regarded Operations Manager with excellent staff feedback
• Convenient location with great transport links
