The post will be based in stroke medicine, supporting ward rounds on the stroke unit andacute thrombolysis sessions and sessions in the TIA clinic. On-call commitments are optional and subject to discussion and agreement with Clinical Director.

This will be supporting themiddle grade acute medicine on call rota. Full details on the on call rota can be provided onrequest, with based to include weekends at a 1:5 frequency and night cover at a 1:15
frequency.
There is an option of working in Acute Medicine/General Medicine, along with Stroke to offer flexibility and gain experience.

This is a Full-Time post providing with basic hours of 40 hours per week, but applicants wishing towork part-time are also encouraged to apply and rotas will be adjusted accordingly, and by negotiation with appointees.
