Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant

Provide Education are seeking two experienced & enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a Primary school in Halifax. As a Level 3 TA, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development, while also contributing to the smooth running of the classroom environment. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced and qualified TAs who are passionate about making a lasting impact in children’s education.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced in-class support to both teachers and pupils
Deliver both one-to-one and small group sessions, in line with teacher-led planning
Support pupils with additional needs (SEND, EAL, behavioural)
Lead learning activities when required
Assist with lesson planning and classroom preparation
Monitor, track and report on student progress
Foster a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Promote and support positive behaviour strategies across the classroom
Requirements

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
Experience working within a UK Primary School setting
Confident in managing small groups or leading classroom activities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
