About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor with Academics, you will step into classrooms during teacher absences, delivering pre-set work and ensuring a positive and focused learning environment. You don’t need to be a qualified teacher – just confident, proactive, and ready to inspire!

What You'll Be Doing:

* Supervising classes across Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS3/KS4)

* Managing classroom behaviour and keeping students on task

* Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials with confidence

* Supporting schools across the Halifax area

We’re Looking For:

* A confident, approachable, and organised individual

* Experience working with young people (e.g. coaching, youth work, tutoring) is a bonus

* A genuine interest in education and supporting students

* Flexibility and a proactive attitude
