As SEMH Support you'll support pupils with emotional, social, and behavioural challenges to engage in learning and achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities- Deliver 1:1 and small group support for SEMH pupils.
- Implement interventions to build confidence, resilience, and positive behaviour.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report pupil progress.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment.
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs.
- Patient, calm, and empathetic approach.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive practice.
