We’re currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Support Staff to work across a range of secondary schools in the Halifax area ✨ If you’re passionate about helping young people thrive, this could be the perfect role for you!

The Role:

Support staff are at the heart of the school day ❤️ Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
 Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and behaviour management
 Providing pastoral and emotional support to students
 Supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs
 Supervising students during lessons, break times, and school activities ⏳

The Ideal Candidate :

✔ Experience working with secondary-aged students (school, youth work, coaching, etc.)
✔ Confident, calm, and able to manage behaviour positively ‍♂️✨
✔ Passionate about supporting learning and personal development
✔ Flexible, proactive, and reliable
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
