About the Role
Justteachers is recruiting a full-time KS2 Teacher to join a warm, community-focused primary school in Halifax for an ASAP start. The school has a strong reputation for nurturing confident, independent learners and creating an inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lessons across KS2 in line with the national curriculum
- Plan, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with the year group team and wider school staff
- Maintain a positive, well‑managed classroom environment
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching KS2 in UK primary schools
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment to best practice
- Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
- Ability to provide two education-based references
