About the Role
Justteachers is recruiting a full-time English Teacher to work in a well-established secondary school in Halifax for an ASAP start. This is a long-term supply position in a school that values tradition and critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver English lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Support students with exam preparation and intervention.
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies.
- Contribute to departmental planning and enrichment activities.
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
- Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools.
- Excellent safeguarding knowledge and practice.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Ability to provide two education-based references.
