About the Role:
Justteachers is recruiting a full‑time Spanish Teacher for a welcoming and culturally diverse secondary school in Halifax, starting September. This is a long-term supply role in a school that places strong value on language learning, diversity, and global citizenship.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging Spanish lessons across KS3, KS4 and up to A Level.
- Prepare students effectively for GCSE and A Level examinations.
- Track pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to support all learners.
- Support intervention sessions where required.
- Contribute to departmental planning and enrichment activities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Spanish in UK secondary schools.
- Strong subject knowledge up to A Level.
- Excellent safeguarding knowledge and practice.
- Confident behaviour management skills.
- Ability to provide two recent, education‑based references.
