The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping children achieve their full potential by supporting learning both inside and outside the classroom.

Typical responsibilities include:
Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities. Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence. Supporting children with varying learning needs and abilities. Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. Assisting with classroom preparation and resource organisation. No two days are ever the same, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals who enjoy variety and want to make a meaningful impact.

? What We're Looking For To be considered for these opportunities, you must have:
Experience working in a primary school or another educational setting within the last 2 years. A genuine passion for supporting children's education and development. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A positive, proactive, and flexible approach. The ability to work effectively as part of a school team.
