Due to the continued expansion and development of Stafford Hall School, we are delighted to be recruiting for a newly created Teacher in Charge - Explorers Pathway role.
This exciting middle leadership position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious SEND practitioner to play a key role in shaping and developing a growing pathway, whilst continuing to deliver outstanding teaching and learning for our pupils.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will lead the Explorers Pathway, driving high standards of education, supporting colleagues, and ensuring that every pupil receives the personalised support they need to achieve their full potential.
About YouWe are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience working within SEND settings.
- Understands the needs of pupils with SEMH and additional learning needs.
- Is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people.
- Can motivate, support and develop colleagues.
