the World with Innovative Healthcare Solutions that Enhance Lives"Are you a mechanically minded problem-solver with a passion for precision engineering? We're looking for a proactive Jig Service Engineer to join our production support team, ensuring our welding jigs and assembly equipment operate at peak  this hands-on role, you'll take ownership of routine jig maintenance, carrying out timely repairs and guaranteeing the smooth running of a wide range of precision tools.

You'll play a key role on the shop floor, troubleshooting issues in real time, recommending improvements, and helping to deliver consistent, high-quality fabrication results.

Alongside maintenance, you'll also be involved in building new jigs, working with pre-cut steel tube frames and machined components. A meticulous eye for detail is essential-as is the ability to interpret engineering drawings and work to exacting standards. You'll maintain accurate records of all jig-related activities and occasionally support prototype builds, including some MIG welding.

Safety is central to our operation, so a commitment to PPE compliance and safe working practices is a must. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, production teams, and external partners, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by analysing jig performance data and identifying opportunities to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.

We're looking for someone with strong fault-finding abilities, excellent communication skills, and the resilience to work under pressure when needed. Ideally, you'll hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, with experience in tools such as Solid Works, precision inspection equipment, and general workshop tools.Why You'll Love Working With UsWe're not sharing the salary just yet, but it's competitive and worth talking about.
