Full‑Time - Duration: 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract
- Working Pattern:
Hybrid – at least two days per week (40%) in the office. The role will involve working in our Halifax office one day per week, and occasional travel to London and other UK offices.
Our Research team excels at understanding customers and creating insights from research data. You will apply customer research methodologies, run strategic and tactical projects, interpret results, and deliver clear, well‑thought‑out insights. Working with teams across Lloyds Banking Group, you’ll tackle key business challenges and influence research requirements.
You will have strong experience delivering qualitative research end‑to‑end, including taking raw data, analysing, interpreting, and translating into actionable insights. You will also craft clear briefs and collaborate with stakeholders to shape and deliver research.
Qualifications- Ability to handle several projects simultaneously, adapt to change, and ensure projects are delivered on budget and schedule.
- Experience developing briefs, analysing qualitative & quantitative user research, and applying statistical techniques for analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to simplify complex data to identify key insights and articulate them clearly to guide business strategy.
- Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, including analysis and interpretation.
- Practical understanding of how to apply a broad range of research techniques.
- Skill in translating business requirements into well‑conceived, actionable insight.
- Understanding of business challenges and ability to influence relevant research requirements.
- Experience working in partnership with colleagues and suppliers to deliver to specification, using budget efficiently and meeting timelines.
- Experience managing a research budget and finding efficient ways to deliver.
