Senior Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing pricing models, rating structures, and optimisation techniques to support business objectives
• Working closely with underwriting, analytics, and business stakeholders to provide insight and recommendations for pricing decisions
• Contributing to continuous improvement by automating, streamlining, and documenting pricing processes and tools
• Using and developing expertise in pricing and analytical platforms, including Radar, Emblem, SAS, SQL, and Python
• Presenting technical proposals to stakeholders to support governance and decision‑making processes
• Leading projects and managing key relationships, while supporting the development of others

• Experience in Pricing, Data Science, or Actuarial function in an insurance environment
• Numerical Skills
• A keen eye for problem solving with a willingness to learn and ask questions
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to share ideas and work independently
