We are looking to recruit Casual Support Workers to work across a number of our in‑house services. These include Reablement, Extra Care Schemes, Heatherstones and the Out of Hours service. Shifts are mornings, days, evenings and nights, including weekends and bank holidays.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be expected to support individuals either in the community or within their own homes. Work with an established team, placing emphasis on dignity and choice, promoting independence, and supporting individuals with all aspects of daily living, including personal care and administering medication.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle will be required for some services.
Qualities & Skills- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude that will enhance the positive experiences of the individuals in the service.
- Ability to demonstrate good and safe practice in your work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
- A flexible approach to ensure we meet changing needs of the individuals we support and the service we provide.
- Ability to provide high‑quality person‑centred care.

Applicants to posts that are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act will require a DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
