We’re on an exciting journey and there couldn’t be a better time to join us. The investments we’re making in our people, data, and technology are leading to innovative projects, fresh possibilities, and countless new ways for our people to work, learn, and thrive.

What you’ll do…

Your role will be to identify and deliver improvements to our existing people processes, systems, and procedures. We'll need you to provide input to the development and automation of processes across the organization. This will often include supporting the delivery of business change programs by working collaboratively with people from different teams and business areas. You will need to keep yourself up to date with the latest system enhancements in order to provide advice and guidance to your stakeholders to support their business needs.

Using the skills and knowledge you develop to analyse problems and issues, make bold recommendations to resolve them and implement.

What you’ll need…

You’ll be self‑motivated, collaborative, resilient, and your ability to challenge will be vital to ensure that our processes and procedures are aligned to our People‑first Value. You will be involved with working on one of our key people systems. Experience of using Workday is critical. You’ll need evidence that:

  • Experience of configuring Workday features across the Workday product suite.
  • Have strong problem‑solving skills in order to investigate and analyse system issues and provide solution options.
  • Can juggle multiple pieces of work at any one time, be able to adapt solutions where necessary, and still be able to deliver on time.
  • Take personal responsibility for delivering against agreed priorities, handling your own workloads, and letting others know if you need additional support.
  • Have an active development plan which looks to broaden your existing skills and knowledge and how this knowledge has supported your decision‑making and/or solutions that you can recommend.
  • You embrace change and be open to new ideas. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and client needs is crucial in the ever‑evolving field of Workday.

We want our people to feel that they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity or culture. And it’s why we especially welcome applications from under‑represented groups. We’re disability confident. So if you’d like reasonable adjustments to be made to our recruitment processes, just let us know.
