As the UK’s number one provider of personal loans, we help customers achieve their goals through responsible lending, innovative digital experiences and tools like Your Credit Score.

We’re now looking for a Manager to support the design and delivery of our Loans product and proposition strategy. You’ll use customer insight, commercial thinking and collaborative working to help reimagine lending for the future and drive sustainable growth across the business.

What you’ll be doing
  • Contributing to the shaping and execution of the strategic roadmap for Loans aligned to broader Group priorities.
  • Supporting development of business cases, investment proposals and growth plans for key initiatives.
  • Using customer, market and competitor insight to influence proposition design and commercial decision‑making.
  • Ensuring robust risk management and compliance with key regulations, including Consumer Duty.
  • Working closely with Product, Pricing and Platform teams to ensure propositions are delivered effectively, on time and within budget.
  • Using data, analytics and AI‑enabled capabilities to inform decisions and unlock new opportunities for innovation.
  • Helping to build a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity and collaborative problem‑solving.
Essential Skills
  • Strong consumer insight capability: Able to interpret customer needs, behaviours and trends to inform proposition development.
  • Strategic and commercial thinking: Comfortable evaluating market dynamics, customer demand and commercial outcomes to shape recommendations.
  • Experience in transformation and digital enablement: Understanding of how technology, platforms and AI can drive better customer and business outcomes.
  • Agile working knowledge: Practical experience applying agile methodologies to deliver change, collaborate effectively and respond to evolving priorities.
  • Data‑led decision making: Able to assimilate complex information and make clear, evidenced recommendations.
  • Skilled collaborator and communicator: Effective at influencing stakeholders, aligning teams and progressing decisions across a matrix environment.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working with platform teams in delivering change or enhancing digital journeys.
  • Retail banking experience
    , particularly in unsecured lending or consumer finance.
  • Exposure to developing strategy within a Loans, Credit or lending domain.
