Location:
Halifax (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
I’m currently recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer to join a growing technology-focused organisation based in Halifax.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years’ experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Application Support who is looking to develop their skills across application support, software development and enterprise technologies.
Key Requirements- Experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Good understanding of PHP and troubleshooting PHP-based applications
- Experience working with Git or other source control systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
You’ll work closely with developers, infrastructure teams and technical specialists, gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies while supporting business‑critical systems.
