The Opportunity

• Our client is looking to employ a senior commercial account handler to join their team in Halifax.
• This role will assume the management of client programmes across multiple business sectors and insurances.
• There is a well-established portfolio of diverse clients including businesses in the Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Technology sectors.
• The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the client relationship and renewal process.
• The Senior Account Handler will work closely with senior management, Account Directors and the award-winning in-house claims team.

Successful Candidates

• Will demonstrate experience of the Commercial Insurance market. Some experience in an Account Handling, Broking, client facing, customer service or sales role would be welcome.
• Strong customer service professionals.
• Excellent communicators with proven ability to develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Well organised and comfortable working to deadlines. An energetic professional with a positive mindset and good IT skills.
• Will be looking to build a long-term career.
