Conveyancing Fee Earner – Halifax

The RoleAs an integral part of the Residential Property team, you will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion. The caseload will include a broad range of residential property matters, such as:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- Shared ownership transactions
- Help to Buy matters
Experience handling new build transactions would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
You will join a supportive and experienced team, with access to ongoing in-house training and structured career development.
About You- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
- At least 1 year’s conveyancing experience (PQE or equivalent)
- Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of residential conveyancing procedures and legislation
- New build experience desirable but not required
