Winner Recruitment is working on behalf of a well‑established manufacturing business in Halifax, West Yorkshire, who are looking to recruit a skilled CNC Turner to join their production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Turner to work in a stable and supportive environment, producing high‑quality precision components.

As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for operating CNC turning machines to manufacture components to tight tolerances, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Operating CNC turning machines to produce precision‑engineered components
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Carrying out routine machine checks and basic maintenance
• Inspecting finished components to ensure quality and tolerance standards are met
• Monitoring machines during production runs to ensure consistent output
• Identifying and resolving basic machining or quality issues
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to support production targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner within a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Positive attitude towards health & safety

• £15.00 - £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)
