They are a well-established furniture manufacturing company known for producing high-quality, custom-made furniture. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Bench Hand Joiner to join the production team.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture and assemble furniture components from drawings and specifications

Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists

Assemble, glue, clamp, and fit furniture components

Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner, Cabinet Maker, or similar role

Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Experience using woodworking machinery and hand tools

High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good time management and organisational skills
