CNC Milling Programmer/Setter & Setter/Operator

£17.50 - £19.80 per hour DOE (Programmer/Setter)

We're recruiting for an experienced CNC Milling Programmer/Setter and a Setter/Operator to join a well-established precision engineering business in Halifax.

What you'll be doing:

Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines
Working with Heidenhain controls
Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances
Machining a range of materials including stainless steels, Inconel and other specialist alloys
Reading engineering drawings and carrying out quality inspections

What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a CNC Milling Programmer / Setter / Operator
Strong knowledge of Heidenhain controls
Ability to programme at the machine
Experience working to tight tolerances
Confident working independently and as part of a team

What's on offer:

£16 per hour (setter/operator)
£17.50 - £19.80 per hour depending on experience (programmer/setter)
Permanent day shift role (38 hours per week)
Monday to Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm, Friday 7:00am - 1:00pm
