Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) – £52,000 - Nursing Home – Permanent
This modern, purpose-built nursing home combines warm, well-designed living spaces with established clinical systems and landscaped gardens used daily by residents and staff. The Deputy Nurse Manager holds a senior clinical leadership role, supporting the Home Manager while providing hands‑on oversight of dementia and complex nursing care.

- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC registration
- Senior nursing experience
, such as Clinical Lead, Unit Manager, or Deputy Nurse Manager - Proven experience in nursing home and dementia care
- Strong track record managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk
- Experience contributing to service development or quality improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with electronic care planning systems
- Monitor standards of care delivered by nursing and care staff
- Support the Home Manager with policy implementation and operational objectives
- Oversee safeguarding concerns, clinical risk assessments, and investigations
- Ensure residents’ care plans are accurate, current, and reflective of need
- Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Contribute to staff development, supervision, and clinical guidance
