Kitchen & Bedroom Designer

Position: Kitchen & Bedroom Designer
Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Kitchen & Bedroom Designer to join their showroom team in Halifax.

The showroom is conveniently located close to Halifax town centre, with excellent transport links and an established customer base. With the business continuing to grow, this is an exciting opportunity for a designer who is looking to develop their career within a successful and expanding company.

Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, you will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, create bespoke kitchen and bedroom designs and guide them through the full sales process, from the initial consultation through to completion.

The role offers a £30,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission, providing excellent earning potential as you build your customer base and generate sales. As the showroom continues to grow, there will also be a requirement for some Saturday flexibility.

About You

You will ideally have previous experience in kitchen, bedroom or fitted furniture design and sales, with the confidence to build strong relationships with customers and convert enquiries into sales.

You’ll be creative, commercially minded and customer-focused, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to take a customer’s ideas and turn them into a design they’ll love.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business where you can make a real impact, build your customer base and develop your career, with uncapped commission offering the potential to significantly increase your earnings
