Logistic Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in Jamaica. In this role, you will contribute to managing inventory, overseeing budget control, and serving as the primary point of contact for equipment distribution.

• Manage all logistic operations and ensure efficient coordination.
• Maintain accurate control of inventory, including uniforms, phones, safety equipment, and internal IDs (badges).
• Act as the main point of contact for issuing equipment to employees.
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling the local operational budget.
• Select and manage local providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
• Assist with worker onboarding, including local visits when necessary.
• Handle worker terminations by recovering and managing equipment until reassignment.
• Conduct local visits to clients and assigned employees as needed.
• Organize and manage local events, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company standards.

• Minimum 2 years in logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Studies in Administration preferred but not mandatory.

• At least 1 year of experience in trade marketing.
