• Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes, including sushi, appetizers, entrees, and desserts

• Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials

• Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies

• Meet quality and presentation standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences

• Develop and maintain recipes and menu items

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
