Position: Finance Manager - Human-sized Company in the periphery of BX
For one of our clients, we are actively looking for a  Finance Manager in the Flemish Brabant near Halle.

Our client is a small but growing organisation with a strong identity specialized in the food sector. The company values authenticity, long-term vision and a collaborative mindset. To support its development, we are seeking someone who can take ownership of financial processes and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations.

Managing the overall financial administration and tax-related processes together with internal and external partners.
Preparing periodic financial reports and supporting management with clear insights.
Monitoring ongoing projects and contributing to organisational improvements.
Supporting management in planning, internal alignment and decision-making.
Enhancing workflows, documentation and administrative procedures.

Diploma in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial functions.
Fluency in Dutch and good level of English or French.
Strong analytical and organisational skills.
Good command of spreadsheet tools and the ability to work with digital systems.
Ability to communicate clearly and work across different departments.
A mindset focused on problem-solving, accuracy and continuous improvement.
Likely to not only work on financial operations but also on administrative tasks.

A stable position with a compensation package aligned with your experience up to 5000€ gross/month depending on your profile and experience.
