GGZ WNB in Halsteren is op zoek naar een maatschappelijk werker die cliënten met complexe problematiek ondersteunt in hun resocialisatie. Je bent de schakel tussen cliënten, hun netwerk, en andere betrokken instanties.
In de functie werk je met een diverse doelgroep in de forensische zorg en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van behandelplannen, het voeren van gesprekken en het onderhouden van contacten met betrokken partijen.
