The Role

The Operations Analyst provides critical data analysis and reporting to support operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics. This role leverages Net Suite ERP and Net Suite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) to extract insights that drive performance improvement, efficiency, and cost optimization. The Operations Analyst works cross‑functionally with sales, customer service, warehouse, inventory, and logistics teams to align day‑to‑day execution with organizational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll Do
  • Utilize Net Suite ERP and NSAW to extract, analyze, and interpret operational data related to order fulfillment, supply chain, and inventory performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to measure production efficiency, material flow, fulfillment performance, and cost metrics.
  • Support Business Planning through data preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Conduct root cause analyses on issues impacting production, delivery, or inventory accuracy.
  • Partner with Finance to validate data alignment between operational and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities that enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Standardize reporting processes and maintain data governance protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy across all departments.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Present findings and actionable insights to management in clear, concise reports and visualizations.
  • Participate in Lean Six Sigma initiatives to support continuous improvement throughout operations, including leading and executing Kaizens.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain analysis.
  • Experience with Net Suite ERP and Net Suite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, macros, data modeling), and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet).
  • Familiarity with warehouse automation, transportation planning, or e‑commerce fulfillment is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Knowledge of WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume distribution environment.
