We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join a busy service team supporting clients in Haltom City, Texas. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing administrative details, and keeping service activity organized in a fast-moving environment. The role focuses on assisting customers with equipment-related service needs while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer communications related to service needs, repair updates, appointment timing, and equipment questions.
• Enter new service requests and keep work order records accurate, current, and well-documented within internal systems.
• Partner with scheduling and dispatch teams to help arrange service visits and maintain smooth daily operations.
• Track outstanding service orders, identify delays, and follow up to help move requests toward completion.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members when needed.
• Support order-related administrative tasks, including quote assistance, order entry, and status follow-through.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure service information is shared clearly and customer expectations are managed effectively.
