• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 80 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (8+ hours)
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time (8+ hours)
• Punctuality: arrive on time for scheduled shifts
• Availability to work nights and/or weekends as requested
• Willingness to travel out of town as needed (infrequently), provided ample notice (48 hours) is given
• Fine motor skills and hand dexterity (e.g., tightening nuts and bolts, using hand tools, filling out paperwork)
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screenings
• Capability to follow specific directions from a supervisor
• Interest in improving industry knowledge
• Good judgment in the field, including safe work practices around live traffic and adherence to company policies and procedures at all times
• Ability to operate motorized hand tools and equipment required
• Accurate use of rulers and calculation of measurements
• Cooperative, team‑player attitude
• Ability to follow other duties as assigned by management or trainers
