Outdoor Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Outdoor Salesman to develop and grow sales within supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, and retail outlets. The candidate will be responsible for generating orders, maintaining customer relationships, securing product listings, monitoring market activities, and achieving assigned sales targets. A valid driving license are mandatory for this role.

• Visit supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, and retail customers on a daily basis.
• Generate sales orders and ensure timely order processing.
• Develop new customers and expand market coverage.
• Maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and key decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper shelf placement.
• Introduce new products, promotions, and special offers to customers.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
• Prepare daily route plans, visit reports, and sales updates.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase market share.

• Minimum 2–3 years of outdoor sales experience in supermarkets, FMCG, consumer electronics, or related retail channels.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of the Bahrain retail and supermarket market.
• Proficiency in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, ERP/CRM systems).
• Valid Bahrain driving license.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned sales routes.
