Role and Responsibilities

  • Financial Management & Bookkeeping:
    • Oversee and manage basic bookkeeping and general accounting functions.
    • Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes.
    • Maintain banking relationships and perform online banking transactions.
    • Support credit management and collections efforts.
    • Collaborate with company leadership on budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Human Resources & Payroll Administration:
    • Administer bi-weekly payroll processing via ADP.
    • Manage employee benefits administration and support annual enrollment.
    • Maintain accurate employee and HR recordkeeping.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and established procedures.
  • Office Operations & Supervision:
    • Provide general office management support to ensure efficient daily operations.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in an Office Management, Bookkeeping, or similar administrative/financial role.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proven multitasking and complex problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Technical Proficiency
  • Required:
    • Proficiency with Quick Books Desktop (Accounting/General Ledger).
    • Experience administering payroll and HR functions using a platform like ADP.
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Familiarity with Online Banking platforms.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with a manufacturing ERP/MRP software is a plus.
Additional Notes

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate’s level of knowledge, experience, and qualifications
