• Perform surgical procedures related to retinal conditions, including but not limited to retinal detachment, macular holes, and diabetic retinopathy.
• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and interpret diagnostic tests to assess retinal health.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with retinal disorders.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in retinal surgery and treatment options.
• Educate patients and their families about retinal conditions and treatment options.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a residency in ophthalmology and a fellowship in retina surgery.
• Board certification in ophthalmology.
• Proven experience in retinal surgery and management of retinal diseases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
