Monday - Friday availability between 8 am - 6:30 pm required. Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of relevant experience OR an Associate's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience.

Here's What We Need From You
- Education:
College Degree - Experience:
Childcare, healthcare, or mental health preferred (training available for the right candidate) - Dependability:

Focused on positive reinforcement and repetition - Communication:
Excellent written and verbal skills in English
Behavior Therapist Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Implement Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and other methods per the Behavior Support Plan
- Collaborate with a BCBA to apply ABA principles and teaching procedures
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Strong technology skills for data collection and entry
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Positive attitude and active participation in team activities, meetings, and training
- Goal-oriented with ability to receive feedback and pursue continuous learning
- Ability to pass background checks, reference checks, and drug screening
Physical Working Conditions
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Endurance to move quickly between seated and standing positions for safety and treatment needs
- Manual dexterity for operating office equipment
