Monday - Friday availability between 8 am - 6:30 pm required. Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of relevant experience OR an Associate's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience.

• Education:
  
  College Degree
• Experience:
  
  Childcare, healthcare, or mental health preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Dependability:
  Consistency and reliability are crucial for the child's success

  Ability to work in the child's home without constant supervision
• Positivity & Patience:
  Focused on positive reinforcement and repetition
• Communication:
  Excellent written and verbal skills in English

Behavior Therapist Job Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Implement Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and other methods per the Behavior Support Plan
• Collaborate with a BCBA to apply ABA principles and teaching procedures

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Strong technology skills for data collection and entry
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Positive attitude and active participation in team activities, meetings, and training
• Goal-oriented with ability to receive feedback and pursue continuous learning
• Ability to pass background checks, reference checks, and drug screening

Physical Working Conditions

• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Endurance to move quickly between seated and standing positions for safety and treatment needs
• Manual dexterity for operating office equipment
