Position Summary:

The Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)
PT or OT, administers therapy services under medical prescription in accordance with Hospital regulation, State of Connecticut Practice Act and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy

• CHT certification (Certified Hand Therapist) is required

• Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in the State of Connecticut

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with electronic medical charting

• 3-5 years’ clinical experience

• Flexibility with scheduling
