FOX Rehabilitation is seeking motivated, licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver hands-on care in CT communities within FOX’s Geriatric House Calls model. Work closely with supervising PTs to implement individualized plans and help older adults rebuild strength and mobility.
You’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team, receiving mentorship and opportunities to grow your caseload and clinical career while creating meaningful patient relationships in homes and senior living settings.
