A leading medical practice in Hamden, Connecticut, is seeking an experienced HRIS, Payroll & HR Operations Manager to oversee HRIS, payroll, and HR operational functions. The ideal candidate will manage a team, ensuring operational excellence while ensuring data integrity and compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing payroll, HR system management, and leading HR programs. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and over 5 years of experience in HRIS and payroll management are required.
